At HijabBend.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of hijabs that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for different colors or fabrics of the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us at info@hijabbend.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. How to Return an Item

  • Email us at info@hijabbend.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
  • Please keep proof of postage until your return is processed.
