At HijabBend.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of hijabs that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
- Gift cards and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for different colors or fabrics of the same product (subject to stock availability).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us at info@hijabbend.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@hijabbend.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
- Please keep proof of postage until your return is processed.
